Children and teens often experience specific issues that can best be addressed through the support and understanding found in groups, led by a skilled and caring counselor. Based on clients' needs, Carlabeth Mathias offers counseling groups in the following areas:

Social Skills • Attention Deficit Disorder
Grief and Loss • Anger Issues • Divorce/Blended Families

Social Group for Boys - Grades 1-3
Mondays, January 11, 25, February 8, 22, March 8, and 22
5:00-5:50 p.m.

Help your son build his friendship and social skills through fun, age-appropriate experiences and activities. They are designed to foster positive peer interaction, build self-confidence, and provide support and skill development. This on-going social group meets twice a month. Commitment for all 6 sessions is necessary. $210

Social Group for Boys - Grades 4-6
Thursdays, February 4, 11, 18, March 4, 11, 18
5:00-5:50 p.m.

Help your son build his friendship and social skills through fun, age-appropriate experiences and activities. They are designed to foster positive peer interaction, build self-confidence, and provide support and skill development. This on-going social group meets three times in February and three times in March. Commitment for all 6 sessions is necessary. $210

Social Group for Girls - Grades 4-6
Wednesdays, January 13, 27, February 10, 24, March 10, and 24
5:00-5:50 p.m.

Help your daughter build her friendship and social skills through fun, age-appropriate experiences and activities. They are designed to foster positive peer interaction, build self-confidence, and provide support and skill development. This on-going social group meets twice a month. Commitment for all 6 sessions is necessary. $210
